CANCELLATION BY CLIENT:

Cancellations made more than 7 days
before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 4% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made between 5 to 6 days before the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLATION BY SWEETEST ESCAPE YACHT SERVICES:

Unforeseen Circumstances: If Sweetest Escape Yacht Services must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other safety
concerns, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Sweetest Escape Yacht Services reserves the right to offer a rescheduled date or a credit voucher for future services instead of a refund.

MODIFICATION OF BOOKING:

Changes by Client: Requests to modify a booking (e.g., change of date) must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes by Sweetest Escape Yacht Services: If modifications are necessary on our part due to operational reasons, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide alternative options. If the alternatives are not acceptable, clients may choose to receive a full refund.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING:

A non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged for any bookings made on the same day as the intended service or accommodation. The availability of last-minute bookings is subject to the capacity and resources available at the time of the request. The last-minute booking fee may be waived at the discretion of management for special circumstances, such as emergencies.

NO-SHOWS:

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled departure without prior notification will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for any refund.

REFUND PROCESS:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers
cancellations, delays, and other unforeseen events to protect their investment.
